DUI & DWAI

Know And Protect Your Rights When Charged With DUI

Being convicted of an alcohol related driving offense can have serious ramifications on your driving privileges that those accused often don't fully understand. Failure to understand the system can result in an unwarranted conviction. Convictions of alcohol related offenses can result in the suspension of your driving privileges as well as incarceration in the county jail. I'll assist you in all aspects of an alcohol related case which includes dealing with the Colorado Division of Motor Vehicles with respect to all administrative hearings and drivers license revocations.

Know your rights. Don't plead guilty until you have spoken with an attorney.

Know How To Protect Your Driving Privileges

If you are charged with either DUI or DWAI, acting promptly is critical to preserving your driving privileges. In Colorado the Division of Motor Vehicles (DMV) can impose sanctions against your license that are independent of any criminal case in court. If you have been served a notice of revocation by the DMV or a police officer you have seven days to formally request a hearing. Failure to request a hearing will result in some of your rights being waived. I can help you through the process to ensure that all deadlines are met and all legal opportunities pursued. Don't go into court alone.
